• The product is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation number) is provided.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Securely package the item(s) and affix the return shipping label to the package.
4. Ship the package.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process and notify you once it's done. Your refund will be processed within a few business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
